Question 1

What authentic Sev and Namkeen varieties can I buy online from Aron Bites?

Accepted Answer

Aron Bites brings the complete gastronomic heritage of Indore to your doorstep. You can buy our flagship Indori Ujjaini Sev (mild-to-medium spice with Hathras hing), royal Ratlami Laung Sev (spicy with coarse crushed cloves and black pepper), Superfine Golden Nylon Sev (delicate strands for chaat and sev puri), Roasted Garlic (Lehsun) Sev, Bhavnagari Gathiya, and festive celebration combo packs—all available in convenient 200g, 500g, and 1 KG pack sizes.

Question 2

What makes Aron Bites Sev healthier and purer than commercial supermarket namkeen?

Accepted Answer

Unlike mass-market supermarket brands that fry in cheap, heavy palm oil and dilute their dough with maida (refined wheat flour) or potato starch fillers, Aron Bites follows a strict clean-food manifesto: 100% pure stone-ground Chana Dal Besan, fresh cold-pressed and refined edible oils (never reused or burnt), zero palm oil, zero trans fats, and zero synthetic preservatives or artificial food coloring.

Question 3

What is the shelf life of Aron Bites Sev, and how should it be stored at home for maximum crunch?

Accepted Answer

Our sev has an unopened shelf life of 4 to 6 months from the date of frying, protected by multi-layer moisture-barrier nitrogen-flushed pouches. Once opened, transfer the contents into a clean, bone-dry airtight container (stainless steel or glass jars are ideal). Store in a cool, dry pantry away from moisture, steam, and direct sunlight. Never refrigerate sev, as temperature condensation ruins its signature crispness.

Question 4

What is the minimum order value, and how do I get Free Shipping on retail orders?

Accepted Answer

We offer 100% Free Pan-India Delivery on all retail orders of ₹499 and above! For smaller orders below ₹499, a nominal flat courier fee of ₹49 applies. Our minimum retail cart value is just ₹199, making it easy to order a trial pack for daily snacking without any heavy financial commitment.

Question 5

How long does delivery take to major cities across India?

Accepted Answer

All retail orders are freshly packed and dispatched from our central Indore facility within 24 to 48 hours. Express deliveries to metro cities (Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad, Chennai, and Kolkata) typically arrive in 2 to 4 working days. Non-metro cities, Tier-2/Tier-3 towns, and regional destinations arrive in 4 to 6 working days.

Question 6

How does Aron Bites prevent fragile Sev from breaking into powder during courier transit?

Accepted Answer

We understand that nobody wants crushed sev crumbs! We pack our snacks inside sturdy multi-layer metalized pouches with nitrogen gas cushioning that acts as an internal shock absorber. These pouches are then carefully nestled inside 5-ply corrugated outer shipping boxes with protective paper buffering. This guarantees your sev arrives in whole, crunchy golden strands.

Question 7

Which Sev variety should I choose for Indori Poha, Chaat, and Sev Tamatar ki Sabzi?

Accepted Answer

Every dish pairs best with a specific texture and spice profile! For authentic morning Indori Poha and Sev Usal, choose our Classic Indori Ujjaini Sev (gentle hing aroma). For Sev Puri, Bhel Puri, Dahi Vada, and Papdi Chaat, Superfine Nylon Sev provides feather-light golden crunch. For authentic Dhaba-style Sev Tamatar ki Sabzi, spicy Ratlami Laung Sev is essential because its robust cut holds up in hot gravy while infusing rich clove heat.

Question 8

Are all Aron Bites products vegetarian, and do you offer Jain-friendly varieties without garlic or onion?

Accepted Answer

Yes, 100% of our products are certified vegetarian (Green Dot certified), prepared in dedicated, strictly vegetarian kitchens. For customers following strict Jain dietary practices, our Classic Indori Sev, Ujjaini Sev, and Nylon Sev are prepared entirely without onion, garlic, or root vegetables, seasoned solely with pure Hathras hing, rock salt, and spices.

Question 9

What payment methods can I use to place an order on Aron Bites?

Question 10

How do I track my order once placed on the shop?

Our modern production floor in Indore combines authentic artisanal kadhai frying with temperature-controlled hygiene, stainless steel handling equipment, touchless multi-head automated weighing, and periodic third-party laboratory food testing.
